Christopher Bald

Chris Bald is an Associate at Lyon Stahl focused on the representation of tenants and landlords in leasing and sales in the Greater Los Angeles area. Spending 12+ years in the Commerical Real Estate world, Mr. Bald has the expertise: from business development with a General Contractor, Sales of Commercial grade furniture to Fortune 500 companies and more recently a Broker on the Eastside of LA working with Technology, Fashion and Media clientele. He learned his craft while at UCLA obtaining his BA in Business Economics and Accounting. As a native, Chris is always looking to make connections, obtain knowledge and gain a better understanding of the city. During his career as a broker, he has transacted sales and leases valued at over 150 million dollars.
